Christina is a professional consultant with over 15 years of experience within the financial services industry, she has partnered with leadership, successfully lead and engaged teams to effectively drive positive changes and also the delivery of robust finance transformation program in organisations.

Christina holds an MBA (Imperial College) and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant(ACCA). She is currently the President of the ACCA Cambridgeshire members network and is involved with mentoring and nurturing the next generation through the ACCA advocacy program.

In the course of my career, I have always been passionate about educating the younger generation on the importance of managing finance as I believe that it is very important to promote in the youths, the skills, knowledge, attitudes and behaviours required to be financially independent from a very young age.

I have been very fortunate to have the opportunity to mentor both teenagers and adults on financial management skills, as well as delivering money skills program in local schools, I have come to recognised that most of them are entering adult life with "dangerous gaps" in their financial knowledge which could results in an adult life full of financial challenges.

These gaps can largely be attributed to the fact that money skills are not taught in schools and some parents do not have full a financial understanding hence are unable to impact this knowledge onto their own children.

The need to teach our kids that money is something to be understood and respected, compelled me to create “Financial Savvy Academy” (FSA) - the beginning of the end of financial mismanagement and misunderstanding.
