Ms. Dolapo Sanusi-Ola holds an MBA from Imperial College, London. Dolapo is registered Chartered Institute of Management Accounts (“CIMA”) member and has a MSc. in Investment, Treasury and Banking from Dublin City University in the Republic of Ireland. She has 15 years of professional financial services experience of which nearly half has been spent in the European banking industry focusing on retail, investment and corporate banking inclusive of implementation of banking regulations. Dolapo also has corporate leadership experience in the consulting industry focuses on growth strategy and business and financial planning for small and growing enterprises.

Over the last 8 years, Dolapo has been involved in mentoring both young people and women start – ups, her passion and experience of working with her mentees was what prompted her to start Financial Savvy Academy. Dolapo realized that one of the major challenges young people and start – ups were facing was around their finances and the biggest issue was as a result of lack of financial education.

Dolapo decided to do something that will equip these young ones and start –ups better and give them a better chance of succeeding in life. Dolapo believes that from experience she has learnt that understanding money, savings, investments, debt and making it work for you would help improve your overall well-being as you go through life.

She is a wife and mother to three children and her hobbies are reading, travelling and watching movies.
